Leave it to L'Oreal to get you to drive more than 20km away for an event. That said, L'Oreal has never been one to disappoint. They have always made it worth the while.
Well, this time it was for the unveiling of L'Oreal Professionnel's Autumn/ Winter 2009 trends, themed rock & folk. This was in conjunction with the graduation of over 200 L'Oreal Professionnel Colour Diploma students at Lim Kok Wing University.
The Artistic Ambassadors who participated at this show were the usual big names in LP- Andy Chan, Albert Nico, Kevin Woo, Miko Au and Simon Koh. Prior to the catwalk, we were shown a video clip from behind the scenes. Watching it really makes you appreciate the effort that has been put together by the LP team, their Artistic Ambassadors and the models. Seeing all the effort behind the work and the outcome of it, it leaves me impressed by the drive they have in their creative pursuits, fueled by passion. Its almost infectious.

Creative people are so exciting. It's a wonder how they can churn out more and more ideas and bring it across with great impression. Even in the days I worked at an advertising agency, they were always set to impress, it's amazing. I guess its just like the title of the book I'm reading by Paul Arden- It's not how good you are, it's how good you want to be.
