I am proud of my friends, and I think it'll make mum and aunt happy to know that I am in good company. Besides I do spend quite a bit of time every week with these fellows. FYI, this aunt of mine is very close to the family. :)
Having been on the brink of frustration for the past 2 weeks (at least), I've become easily irritable even among my amigos here. I've said my apologies, but I still feel really bad about it. It was completely out of character. But I suppose one of the great things about hanging with these guys- they don't take it to heart. Perhaps I should say "I heart you guys"? :P
Mum and aunt agreed with me that I am among good company. I had no doubts there. Although we were all stinking and sweaty from our badminton game earlier (except Shen), they made a fine impression.I guess having dinner with a friend's family is probably not a common practice. But I'm glad I had it. Mum and aunt was quite happy that they suggested that I invite them for another makan session for Chinese New Year!
